Refund policy

We want you to love your arrangement. If it's not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible, the arrangement must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with the vase intact. Return shipping is at your own cost, and we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

To start a return, email us with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. Damaged items are always our cost, not yours.
