Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide, and standard shipping is free on every order.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, with metro areas at the faster end and regional addresses sometimes a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Every arrangement travels in protective packaging built around the vase. If anything arrives damaged, take a photo before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

We don't currently ship outside Australia. If you'd like an arrangement sent overseas, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
